Privacy policy
This page explains how ISGM currently handles website analytics and application data. It is a factual product summary, not legal advice.
Applicant data collected
Applicant data may include contact details, education and work history, identity documents, CVs, payment references and admissions decisions.
How applicant data is used
Data is used for admissions processing, communication, payment reconciliation, compliance and trainee support. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by ISGM.
Ghana data protection
ISGM should register with Ghana's Data Protection Commission and maintain appropriate policies before public launch.
Analytics purpose
Analytics is used to understand site use and improve the admissions funnel, including where applicants pause, continue, or complete key steps.
Analytics data collected
- Normalized page paths.
- Named product events such as application and payment milestones.
- Event timestamps.
- Random browser identifiers stored in first-party cookies when analytics is enabled.
Consent and functionality
Analytics is opt-out. Collection starts for new visitors unless they decline. Declining analytics does not reduce access to forms, payments, dashboard features, or admissions decisions.
Data not collected through analytics
- No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identity document numbers.
- No payment card or mobile money credentials.
- No free-text form content from applications, contact forms, or notes fields.
Retention
Analytics events are retained for 13 calendar months and then removed by scheduled cleanup. Expired analytics rate-limit buckets are also removed.
Withdraw analytics consent
Use the Analytics preferences controls below to decline, withdraw, or re-enable analytics for this browser. Withdrawal clears browser identifiers and stops future tracking, but does not retroactively delete historical analytics rows already collected.
Analytics preferences
Analytics will enable automatically unless you decline.
Declining or withdrawing clears analytics identifiers from this browser and stops future tracking. It does not remove historical aggregate analytics events already collected.
