Refund and deferral policy

The GHS 200 application processing fee is non-refundable because it covers review and administrative processing.

Tuition refunds, deferrals and cohort transfers should be confirmed in writing before the first intake opens. If ISGM postpones a cohort, admitted trainees should be offered a transfer to the next available intake or a refund according to the final published terms.

External exam fees and certificate logistics are governed by the relevant certification body and will be communicated per program.
